My good friend Adam was in London just last week, riding the tube in the same area as this morning's attacks. He provides some encouraging thoughts, including this one from Winston Churchill on his blog.

Courage is rightly esteemed the first of human qualities... because it is the quality which guarantees all others.

Our thoughts are with all those affected by the attacks. May London stay strong, united and special. The BBC is providing detailed local coverage.
